Clip2Note is a web-based application that transforms YouTube video content into structured notes using artificial intelligence. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered note generation from YouTube videos
  • Quiz generation from notes
  • Note organization and storage
  • User account management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free Trial and Subscription

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period:

  • You will need an active subscription to continue using the Service
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clip2Note and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Notes generated through the Service are for your personal use. You retain ownership of any original content you create using the Service.

7. Third-Party Content

The Service processes content from YouTube and other third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of third-party content. Your use of third-party content is subject to the respective platform's terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clip2Note, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
